Job Title: Pistols Brewery Sales Representative – Ottawa Region
Pistols Brewery is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated, and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Ottawa region. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll help us spread the love for great beer while driving sales and building lasting relationships in the local market. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for quality brews and is ready to take our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation: Proudly represent the Pistols Brewery brand, ensuring our vision and values are consistently maintained in the marketplace.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with licensees, local bars, restaurants, and retail partners in the Ottawa region.

Sales Growth: Actively pursue and secure new sales opportunities within Licensee and LCBO stores through store visits, tastings, and account maintenance.

Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to existing licensee customers, helping them grow their sales and ensuring their needs are met.

Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales targets while helping our brand grow across all channels.

Marketing Initiatives: Implement marketing initiatives that drive consumer loyalty and beer sales in all accounts.

Account Management: Collaborate with the accounts management team to ensure accounts receivable are handled efficiently.

Event Planning: Plan and represent Pistols Brewery at promotional events, festivals, and tastings.

Retail and Event Engagements: Occasionally engage in retail or event activities as needed.
Requirements:

Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A commitment to providing the best service and building strong relationships.

Passion for Beer: A deep knowledge and love for beer styles and the craft beer industry.

Outgoing and Charismatic: Strong public speaking skills and a positive, approachable demeanour.

Smart Serve Certification: A valid Smart Serve certification is required.

Vehicle and Flexibility: A reliable vehicle is necessary, with the ability to work flexable and occasionally long hours.

Event Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, with occasional travel required for festivals and events.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
